Building Teams and joint ventures
The energy transition is becoming more local and yet increasingly complex. Sector coupling, interface optimisation, energy management systems and also AI are the central levers for increasing customer benefits.  For SMEs in particular, it is becoming increasingly difficult to create added value by simply selling their technical product. Instead, corporate partnerships with lifecycle approaches↴, system-integrated leadership in technology and customer-friendly commercial business models have become the key to success. The challenge in new and innovation-driven markets lies in identifying, differentiating and embedding projects in new value and supply chains, as well as in the associated financing opportunities.
Activities
For most of our international projects, we focus on project identification, analysing market requirements or specific bidding criteria, and matching partners with the additional expertise required for each project. Using agile methods↴, the appropriate structures are created on a project-by-project basis – from letters of intent to contractual or capital joint ventures.
We bring profound experience gained from more than 20 successfully established business cooperations for the BMWK's Energy Solutions Initiative↴ since 2016:

•   We do not lecture from the outside, but ask critical questions, identify common goals and visualise alternative paths

We scan and analyse country potentials globally with the aim of combining good project approaches with promising business models.

PARTNER IDENTIFICATION and TEAM BUILDING
We attract competent and interested partners, jointly verify the prospects of success and provide the necessary methodological tools for sustainable team integration.
PROCESS MODERATION and AGREEMENTS
We steer the processes - we define goals, set milestones, assess risks and pivot if necessary. We develop the necessary agreements so that the teams formed are capable of acting, both internally and externally.

Propose a project↴ that calls for complex solutions along the supply and value chains of green hydrogen and its derivatives in the 11 priority countries and other non-European markets.
